One of the reasons people who take on the Whole30 are so successful (93%* of people who start the program complete it all the way through)is the incredible support system we’ve built around the program. Just click the button on our home page that says, “I need help!” and we’ll walk you through all the ways our resources and community can give you the help you need to overcome your challenges.

Blowing Up Instagram
But now, you’ve got a new way to ask for help–a way that connects you with more than 44,000 followers instantly, and offers you a direct connection to people who have been there, done that, and succeeded. We’re talking about our fast-growing, nationally-recognized Instagram community. Our @Whole30 Instagram feed is fast-growing, with more than 320,000 posts tagged #Whole30. (As an aside, our @Whole30Recipes feed is catching up fast, with more than 29,000 followers!) In fact, the Whole30 Instagram senstation has received world-wide press from ELLE, Harper’s Bazaar, and news outlets in Brazil, Chile, and Spain.
It’s not just that we have a large following of very active participants–our community is, in a word, awesome. They are helpful and supportive, positive and uplifting, and go out of their way to search the #Whole30 hashtag just to leave comments for total strangers, encouraging them on their journey. Which is how we came to today’s idea, suggested by Stephanie May Kelley, a Whole30 Instagram superstar.
What if we had a special hashtag for people who needed help on their Whole30?
Here’s the idea: you’re having a hard day. You’re battling cravings, have a stressful family situation to deal with, or need help planning a menu for a family dinner. You aren’t sure if the sausage you bought is compliant, you need snack ideas for your kids, or you just plain want to quit (not really, but kind of). How can you get immediate feedback using our Whole30 Instagram feed?
Post your photo. Add your comments. Ask for help. And tag your picture #helpWhole30. Then, sit back and wait, because our amazing community has committed to searching this hashtag and leaving comments for those of you in need. (And know you don’t have to be a Whole30 expert to volunteer your assistance. You just have to have a positive attitude, and be willing to offer your support to someone who could use a kind word.)
You’ll have access to tens of thousands of Whole30 veterans and experts, and people just like you, working through the program, dealing with the same challenges you are. You ask for help. They offer their best advice, support, and encouragement. And both of your days are better, because connecting with someone in such a positive way leaves everyone feeling happier and healthier. (Remember, socialization and personal growth are two of our Whole9 factors.)
