Apple Cinnamon Mockarita

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Whole30 compatible apple juice (with no added sugar)
  • 1/2 cup unflavored sparkling water
  • 1/2 tsp LMNT Raw Electrolyte mix plus the rest of the packet for the rim
  • pinch of cinnamon plus, more for the rim

Optional (for garnish)

  • 1 tbsp cranberry juice for floating
  • orange slice
  • cranberries
  • cinnamon stick

Instructions

  • ADD the apple juice, LMNT Electrolyte Mix, and a pinch of cinnamon into a cocktail shaker or jar with a lid and shake very well.
  • POUR the rest of the LMNT packet onto a plate and add a heavy dash of cinnamon. Cut a slice in the center of an orange slice, stick it on your glass, and gently run it around ¼ of its edge. Set the slice aside.
  • ROLL the wet edge of the glass into the LMNT and cinnamon mix to garnish the glass.
  • ADD ice to the glass, then pour in the apple juice mix.
  • TOP with sparkling water until the glass is almost full.
  • OPTIONAL: add 1 tbsp of cranberry juice AFTER the sparkling water for a fun visual effect.
  • GARNISH with a slice of orange and a few cranberries (optional), and enjoy!
