Garlic and Chive Whole30 "Cheese" Ball

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Kite Hill Chive Cream Cheese
  • 4 tbsp red onion finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp pecans chopped
  • parsley finely chopped, for rolling

Instructions

  • COMBINE all the ingredients except the extra parsely in a mixing bowl.
  • FORM mixture into a ball once the ingredients are well mixed.
  • FIRM up the cheese ball in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • REMOVE the cheese ball from the fridge and roll it in the chopped parsley to coat.
  • SERVE and enjoy!
