Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen roasted sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée (unsweetened)
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp compatible almond butter (or other nut butter)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
  • pepitas, chopped pecans, or compatible dried fruit (for topping)

Instructions

  • PLACE the sweet potatoes, pumpkin puree, banana, almond butter, cinnamon, and almond milk in a high-speed blender or food processor
  • BLEND until smooth
  • TOP with pepitas, chopped pecans, and/or dried fruit
