Chances are, your house is already pretty well stocked for this next Whole30 go-round. It’s worth doing another walk-through, however, to get the stuff you won’t be eating for the next 30 days out of mind (and out of sight).
Having tempting off-plan foods just sitting around is a recipe for late-night stress eating, so let’s put some distance between you and that Paleo cookie dough, shall we? Time to make sure those non-Whole30 items in your pantry (like that dark chocolate) “disappears” for the next 30 days. Give it to a friend, bring it into the office, donate it to the local food bank, or box it up and stick it in the garage until your Whole30 is over.
Create a “No Fly Zone”
If you’re the only one at home doing the Whole30, dedicate one drawer in your fridge and an out-of-the-way cabinet for your family’s off-plan items, so you don’t have to reach around the chocolate-hazelnut butter every time you need a can of coconut milk.
