If along the way you find yourself struggling with cravings, frustrated with friends’ reactions to your efforts, or wondering how to manage the program while pregnant, you’ll need more than just Google. Support, encouragement, and accountability will play a huge role in your Whole30 success, and our Whole30 Forum is an overflowing source of all of those things (and then some.) With more than 30,000 members and 160,000 posts (all Whole30-related), you’re sure to find what you’re looking for.
How to Use the Forums
First, our forum is populated by members and moderators. Members are Whole30’ers just like you, some with more experience than others. They share their experience and opinions, but their positions may disagree or conflict with other things you’ve read or heard. It’s our moderators’ jobs to answer questions from the official Whole30 perspectives, offer their experienced advice, and settle disputes. Rest assured, all of our Whole30 moderators are experts on the spirit, intention, and rules of the program, and you can trust them to help you through.
Before you post your own question on the forum, do a quick search. If someone else has posted a similar question, you’ll get the benefit of reading what other members and our moderator team has to say. Can’t find a similar thread, or have something personal to share? Find the most appropriate forum category, and start your own thread.
Include as many details as necessary for our team to give you a helpful response, but please keep in mind that the forum isn’t an appropriate place to ask for a personal consultation. Our moderators are good, but they can’t tell you why you’re not losing weight or how to eliminate your medical condition.
Finally, the best way to get lots of reponses and interactions on your posts is to branch out and comment on other’s posts. That’s how you build connections, make friends, and gain the expereince needed to provide useful advice to those who come after you. Remember, the forum isn’t just for those in the middle of their Whole30’s—it’s there to connect veterans (like you!) with newbies, and provide you with support during life after your Whole30, too.
