It is remarkable for me to finally stop dieting and fearing food.

I’ve dieted since I was 16 and that has led to restrictive eating and binging. In fall of 2018, I knew I needed to end the cycle. I’ve done two Whole30s on my own, but I didn’t even attempt Reintroduction and I let the concept of “Food freedom” Fade away. This time I decided to work with a Whole30 Coach.

It was the best decision. Paying for a coach gave me a different focus … it was me investing in myself. On the hardest days, I had a community to turn to and it kept me moving.

I completed Reintroduction and I learned dairy doesn’t agree with me. I was doing great until the holiday season. My sugar dragon was roaring, but I knew immediately what to do. I committed to another Whole30 with a Whole30 Coach.

Sugar is my biggest struggle and once I go overboard with it, that’s when I fall back into bingeing. I’ve never felt better than when I am eating real food. I’m back in control of my food choices and that is such a powerful tool. I’ve learned how to decide what foods are worth it to me.

I’ve lost weight, but more than that I’ve gained a new mindset. My energy is so amazing; I’ve starting running more and signed up for a half-marathon. My blood pressure went from 140/90 to 110/62. My doctor was excited about my weight loss and significant improvement to my blood pressure. When I explained the Whole30 program she said, ‘You can’t go wrong eating real food!’

The Whole30 has changed my life and the Coaches made such an impact. Thank you for this program and community that you have created. It is remarkable for me to finally stop dieting and fearing food.
