Once cooked, shred and place in a container to store in the fridge.

1cupshredded chickencooked
1cupbroccolichopped
1smallsweet potatocan sub white potato
1smallavocadochopped
1/4cupBBQ Sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425
TOSS broccoli with salt, pepper, and cooking oil of choice and roast on parchment-lined baking sheet for 15 minutes
MICROWAVE sweet potato for three minutes or until you can poke a fork in it.
MIX precooked, shredded chicken with BBQ sauce
SERVE chicken and roasted broccoli over sweet potato and top with avocado
