Ingredients

  • 1 cup lightly packed fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup roasted almonds
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Instructions

  • In a food processor, combine 1 cup lightly packed fresh basil leaves, 1/4 cup roasted al­monds, 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast, ¼ teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 clove garlic.
  • Cover and pulse until finely chopped.
  • With the food processor running, add 1/3 cup olive oil and process until well combined and nearly smooth.
