Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 1 1/2 cups edamame shelled
  • 2 cups 2 cups salad greens
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 Persian cucumber julienned
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1/4 cup cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Dressing

  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • ADD dressing ingredients to a jar and shake to combine.
  • ADD remaining salad ingredients to a bowl.
  • POUR dressing over salad ingredients and toss to combine.
  • ENJOY!
