Whole30 Pomcran Mocktail

Try this fizzy no-alcohol spritzer for a festive sip that won't leave you fuzzy!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp muddled pomegranate
  • 1 tbsp muddled cranberries
  • 4 oz pom cran juice or, 2 ounces of each
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz apple juice
  • Waterloo Blackcherry sparkling water (or a compatible alternative)
  • orange zest

Instructions

  • ADD pomegranate seeds and cranberries to a cocktail shaker. Use a muddler to crush fruit to release their flavors.
  • COMBINE Juices and Ice: Next, add juices and ice to the shaker
  • SECURE the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake it well.
  • FILL a serving glass with ice cubes.
  • STRAIN the shaken mocktail mixture from the shaker into your prepared glass. This will leave behind the muddled fruits and ice from the shaker.
  • TOP mixture with falvored sparkling water of choice. (We like Waterloo Black Cherry!)
  • ADD orange zest for some pizazz and an aromatic finish. (Don’t skip this; it adds a lot to your Mocktail!)
