Ingredients

  • 8 cups finely cubed watermelon (½” pieces) about half a medium watermelon
  • 4 cups finely cubed peeled cucumber (½” pieces)
  • 12 large mint leaves finely chopped
  • Juice of two limes about ½ cup
  • Pinch of salt

  • COMBINE all the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until well combined. Serve immediately.
