Whole30 Italian Chopped Salad
This Whole30 Italian Chopped Salad is simple to put together, requires no cooking, and includes a quick-to-make dressing.

- 1 medium head of romaine lettuce finely chopped
- 10 oz cherry or grape tomatoes quartered
- 1 medium cucumber diced into about ½” cubes
- 1 medium green bell pepper seeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 red onion skin removed and cut into thin slivers
- 1 (2.25) oz can of sliced black olives drained
- 1 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
- 8 medium fresh basil leaves finely chopped
- 1/2 to 1 lb chopped compatible deli meat such as ham, prosciutto, salami, or pepperoni
- salt or garlic salt to taste
