PREHEAT the oven or air fryer to 350℉/180℃.
ADD all your sauce ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine.
TEAR 2 pieces of parchment paper large enough to fold your fish and vegetables in.
PLACE your green beans in the center of each piece of parchment paper and place the broccolini on the sides. Season with salt.
PLACE your fish pieces on top of the beans and season with salt.
SPOON your sauce evenly over the two fish filets and vegetables, then place a few slices of lime on top.
FOLD your parchment paper to make 2 parcels. Place your parcels on a baking tray or your air-fryer basket/tray
BAKE or air fry your parcels. Bake time may vary depending on the thickness of your fish, but generally 20 to 25 minutes in the oven or 12-15 minutes in the air fryer.
