Ingredients

  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 single pack of LMNT Unflavored Raw Electrolytes
  • 1/2 in knob of fresh ginger peeled
  • 1/2 lemon sliced in half

Instructions

  • COMBINE lemon juice and LMNT in a glass. Grate ginger over the mixture.
  • STIR to combine well.
  • POUR 1 cup of sparkling water into a glass with ice.
  • TOP with the lemon, LMNT, and ginger mixture.
  • GRATE additional ginger or lemon on top for taste.
  • GARNISH with a wedge of lemon.
