Silken Tofu Cilantro Lime Sauce

Base recipe makes about 1.5 cups.

Ingredients

  • 150 g silken tofu
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
  • 1 tsp miso paste
  • 2-3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/8 tsp salt or more to taste
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup cilantro

Instructions

  • ADD all ingredients to a blender and blend until combined.
  • TASTE and add more salt, pepper, or lime juice as desired.
  • STORE in a covered container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
