Ingredients

  • LMNT Raw Unflavored Electrolytes to taste
  • 8 oz compatible tomato vegetable juice mix
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 oz pickle juice
  • 1/2 oz olive juice
  • compatible hot sauce to taste

Optional toppings

  • compatible cooked bacon
  • pickles
  • cucumber spears
  • celery
  • compatible jerky or meat sticks
  • cooked shrimp
  • tajin
  • cherry tomatoes
  • carrot spears
  • lemon or lime wedges

Instructions

  • IN a glass, combine tomato vegetable juice, lemon juice, pickle juice, and olive juice.
  • ADD a dash of LMNT to taste and stir until well mixed.
  • OPTIONAL: Add your favorite Whole30 compatible hot sauce to taste.
  • MOISTEN the edge of your glass and roll in LMNT for a salty finish.
  • POUR over ice and garnish with your favorite Bloody Mary toppings from the board.
