Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup no-sugar-added pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup no-sugar-added or fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 packet LMNT Raw Unflavored Electrolytes
  • sparkling water (to fill)

Instructions

  • COMBINE pineapple, orange, and lime juice in a glass.
  • ADD 1 LMNT Raw Unflavored Electrolyte packet (to taste).
  • ADD seltzer water and stir to combine ingredients.
  • POUR over ice or blend for a frozen version.
