Equipment

  • 1 Food processor or blender

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup diced mangoes
  • 1/2 cup passionfruit pulp optional; fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 packets LMNT Raw Unflavored electrolytes
  • 8 cups water still or Whole30 compatible sparkling

Garnish

  • 1 navel orange sliced
  • 2 limes sliced
  • 6 strawberries sliced

Instructions

  • ADD the pineapples, mangoes, and passionfruit pulp (if using) to a food processor and blend into a smooth puree (about 2 minutes). Then, pour it into a pitcher, followed by the freshly squeezed orange juice.
  • ADD the LMNT raw electrolytes and stir to dissolve. Then add your still or sparkling water and thin out the punch to your desired consistency.
  • GARNISH with sliced oranges, limes, and strawberries and serve over ice.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to a week. I recommend using still water if you plan to make a batch and leave it in the fridge. I love making a big batch, filling the glass halfway with the punch, and topping it off with sparkling water before serving.

Substitutions

  • FRESH FRUIT: Although I used fresh fruit in this recipe, you can also use frozen cut fruit or frozen Whole30 compatible fruit pulps and purees. You can find these in your local supermarkets' frozen fruit and juice section. You may also use Whole30-compatible fruit juices.
  • GARNISH: Choose any combination of citrus or berries. You may also add some citrus zest and mint for added flavor.
