Mango Lemon Coconut Cooler

Ingredients

  • ½ cup ripe mango fresh or thawed frozen
  • ½ cup coconut water plain, no sugar added
  • ½ cup sparkling water
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ - 1 packet LMNT Raw Electrolytes
  • 1 lemon slice to garnish
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Combine ½ cup mango with ½ cup coconut water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass.
  • Add LMNT Raw Electrolytes and lemon juice.
  • Mix well
  • Fill a separate glass with ice, then pour the mango mixture into the glass, filling halfway.
  • Top with sparkling water and stir
  • Garnish with a lemon slice and enjoy
