PBW30 Smoothie

  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¼ cup unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1 cup Whole30-compatible plant-based milk
  • 1 cup lightly packed spinach
  • 4 fresh or frozen hulled strawberries
  • 1 (6-ounce) container Whole30-compatible plant-based yourt
  • 1 scoop Whole30-compatible plant-based protein powder
  • Carrot and bell pepper sticks, or warmed leftover vegetable hash


  • Place all ingredients in a high-power blender. Cover and process until smooth. Serve with vegetable sticks or hash.
