Whole30 changed my view of food

Raleigh, NC

I jumped right in and started to make Jamaican and Caribbean meals that fit the program.

Whole30 changed my view of food. I found out I have celiac disease, and remember thinking “wow, food does have an effect on my health!” A coworker told me she did Whole30 and loved it. I jumped right in and started to make Jamaican and Caribbean meals that fit the program. Many Caribbean recipes are naturally Whole30 or easily compatible, so I began to share those with others. Whole30 taught me how to meal prep and plan better for travel. I now know what foods I can have in moderation, and I’ve created a food freedom plan that serves me. I get to share my knowledge, recipes and experience with others, especially in the Caribbean community.
