On Day 16 my panic attacks stopped.
I tried the Whole30 after a co-worker did the January Whole30 for the third year. I have been bothered by adult onset allergies and thought that the program would be a good way to figure out what foods I was reacting too, but my result has been so much more.
After feeling lack for the first 10-12 days, I noticed on day 16 that my panic attacks stopped. I am not irritated and depressed. I feel happy and optimistic. I haven’t felt mentally light or happy like this in years! I have been slogging through my life, like a zombie. No more. Never again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
And to you, dear soul, thinking about the Whole30. Do it. For yourself.
