All you really need to meal plan are some delicious Whole30 recipes, a shopping list, and our meal template. Use the template to build your Whole30 plate; we’ll give you general guidelines for protein, added fat, veggies, and fruit.

You don’t have to cook from recipes. One of our favorite meal planning strategies involves “ingredient meals.” Cook some protein, prep some veggies, add some fruit if you want, and tie it all together with a dressing or sauce. You’ll be amazed at how delicious whole food ingredients can taste, once you’ve got the formula down.
