Introducing Food Freedom Forever

fff-release-header2

A note and squeal of joy from Whole30 headmistress Melissa Urban

It’s here, it’s here! Announcing the release of the Food Freedom Forever; the many-month labor of love from ME to YOU. And the first thing I have to say is thank you, thank you, thank you. To quote from Food Freedom Forever:

…to my Whole30 community, this book is for you. It’s always for you. And what you give me back in the form of your stories, comments, photos, messages, and stopping-me-in-the-middle-of-the-airport enthusiastic hugs is everything. I love what we have built together, and I hope this book is all that you wanted, and then 27 percent more.”

Food Freedom Forever is the answer to all of the questions you’ve been asking.

  • What do you do after the Whole30?
  • How do you find your own healthy balance?
  • How do you lose the guilt around eating worth it “less healthy” food?
  • How do you stay in control, even when life gets crazy?
  • How do you turn the Whole30 into a true lifestyle?

This is the book to which I am the most emotionally connected. It’s the one I’ve been thinking about writing for more than two years, and researching basically since the Whole30 was founded in 2009. It’s the one I’m the most proud of, and I hope you LOVE IT SO HARD.

Sharing the Whole30 Message

Today I’m in New York City and Paramus, NJ on the first leg of my Food Freedom Forever book tour, sharing the message of food freedom with people all across the country at nine book signing events. Over the next two weeks, I’ve also got virtual and in-person events scheduled with mindbodygreen, SELF, Google (!), Vital ProteinsMaria Shriver, and Lewis Howes, to name a few. (And check out my Forbes podcast with Megan Bruneau, which came out today!)

You can follow me around the tour on Instagram (@melissa_urban), Snapchat (@hartwig_melissa), Facebook, and Twitter. (I’ll be extra-active on Snapchat). But more than YOU following ME… WE want to follow YOU, and your Food Freedom journey. Here’s how you can share The Whole30’s life-changing message with people in your community (both local and online):
