


Plant-Based Whole30 Pesto
Ingredients
- 1 cup lightly packed fresh basil leaves
- ¼ cup roasted almonds
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- ⅓ cup olive oil
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine 1 cup lightly packed fresh basil leaves, 1/4 cup roasted almonds, 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, and 1 clove garlic. Cover and pulse until finely chopped. With the food processor running, add 1/3 cup olive oil and process until well combined and nearly smooth.
