By Day 30 I was sleeping better, my energy levels were stable, and my digestion was improving, even my allergies were better.

After a decade of struggling with bloating, cramps, and stomach pain, I needed a new start. I found Whole30 and it was exactly what I was looking for. Between eating out and family events, I quickly learned that grains, dairy, and sugar were found in everything. During the program, I learned to read labels, ask questions, and to be mindful about how I felt. By Day 30 I was sleeping better, my energy levels were stable, and my digestion was improving, even my allergies were better. Through reintroduction, I learned how certain foods affect me, and how to make informed decisions about what I eat. For example, gluten, no way, no how. Dairy, fine, but only in small amounts, same with sugar. Best of all was how natural it felt to continue incorporating Whole30 foods into my daily life. I was frequently making Whole30 recipes without even meaning to, so I started my blog Paleo Gluten-Free Guy, and now it has over 100 Whole30 compatible recipes for every meal of the day.
