Whole30 101: Which Whole30 Book Do I Need?

If you’re new to our Whole30 community, you might be wondering … Where should I start? This is the definitive guide to our collection of Whole30 books.

NEW Whole30 Rules: Chips and Coconut Aminos

From Whole30 headmistress Melissa Hartwig, who works really hard to make the program both effective and easy to follow: It’s been a long time since I’ve issued any changes to the Whole30 rules; the last was in 2014, when we brought back the white potato. Making a rule change is a really big deal; it’s a huge communication effort to share the new information with millions of people worldwide and update all of our books and resources. Here are two new Whole30 rules, effective April 1, 2017.

Whole30 101: Can I Whole30 During My Pregnancy?

Here’s a question we hear almost every day: Is the Whole30 safe for a pregnant person? We asked registered dietitian Stephanie Greunke for her perspective. Today, she’s answering the question and addressing the four common fears that are often behind it. Her goal is to help you determine how the general principles of the Whole30 program can support your desire to have a healthy pregnancy.

Whole30 101: Tiger Blood!

There is always a lot of buzz about the term “Tiger Blood,” in the Whole30 community, and through running this program since 2009, we’ve learned that the definition of Tiger Blood can vary widely across our community of Whole30’ers. A few years ago, we expanded our definition of Tiger Blood, because even if a “switch” never “flips” for you, your Whole30 will still bring you a wealth of benefits, and THOSE all add up to Tiger Blood.
