Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded chicken precooked
- 2 T mayonnaise
- 1 T crushed walnuts
- 1 handful red grapes chopped
- 1/4 small red onion chopped
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 avocado
Instructions
- IN a medium bowl, combine chicken, mayo, walnuts, grapes, and onions
- SERVE over mixed greens and top with sliced avocado
