5 Ingredient Burger + Fries

Our 5 Ingredient Burger + Fries is sure to please the whole family. Make it fun for the kids by setting out several topping options and letting them choose.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 beef burger patties
  • 3 large sweet potatoes can sub white potatoes
  • 2 T avocado oil
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped

Instructions
 

  • PREHEAT oven to 425
  • CUT potatoes into fry shape and toss in avocado oil, salt and pepper, place in a single layer on a parchment-lined baked sheet, and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked to desired crispiness
  • HEAT large pan over medium-high and cook burger patties on both sides until cooked through
  • SERVE burger over lettuce and top with toppings of choice (we suggest bacon, tomato, mayonnaise, Frank's hot sauce, and ranch!)
