Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cucumber juice 1 full cucumber + 1/2 cup water blended and strained
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup sparkling water
- 1/2 to 1 pack LMNT Raw Unflavored Electrolytes
- Mint to garnish
- Cucumber to garnish
Instructions
- Peel the skin off the cucumber. Carefully peel a long strip of cucumber and set aside for garnish.
- Chop cucumber and add to a blender with 1/2 cup water and blend well.
- Using a cheesecloth or strainer, pour cucumber juice into a jar; you can use a spoon to press the mixture through the strainer.
- In a cocktail shaker or large glass, muddle a few mint leaves with a wooden spoon, add LMNT Raw Electrolytes, 1/2 cup cucumber juice, 1/4 cup pineapple juice, cover and shake well or stir well with a spoon if using a glass.
