5 Ingredient Sweet and Savory Sweet Potato Toast

Try this recipe out when you are craving a sweet and savory breakfast dish. To make this super simple, you can purchase pre-made sweet potato toast in the freezer section (Caulipower brand).

Since that time, she's dedicated herself to making the Whole30 community more accessible and inclusive for those who have disabilities and deal with chronic pain, illnesses or autoimmune disorders. Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 2 eggs hardboiled can sub scrambled or fried
  • 3 tbsp guacamole
  • chives optional, for garnish
  • 3 tbsp nut butter
  • 1/4 cup strawberries, sliced can sub fruit of choice
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • CUT sweet potato into uniform slices lengthwise
  • PLACE them in the toaster and run them through the cycle a few times, until cooked to your desired doneness
  • ADD toppings to your sweet potato toasts
  • FOR a savory option, try a sliced hard boiled (or scrambled) egg with chives and guacamole
  • FOR a sweet option, top with nut butter, fruit and unsweetened coconut flakes
