Our 5 Ingredient Sausage and Veggies is the perfect lunch while you’re working from home. It’ll take you 10 minutes to put together! We suggest using pre-cooked sausage from our partners at Applegate, but feel free to use what you have. Use the veggies we’ve suggested, or this is also a great opportunity to use up any veggies that are about to go bad in your fridge.
Ingredients
- 1 link Applegate chicken & apple sausage can sub pre-cooked sausage of choice
- 1/2 cup Broccoli chopped
- 1/2 cup Brussels sprouts chopped
- 2 tbsp Lucini olive oil can sub cooking oil of choice
Instructions
- CHOP broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and sausage saute in cooking oil of choice until veggies are cooked to taste and sausage is warmed through
- TOP with guacamole and your favorite sauces
