BBQ ranch chicken salad

5 Ingredient BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad

Our 5 Ingredient BBQ Chicken Salad is a super easy work-from-home lunch that won't mess with your groove as it's a snap to prepare! We suggest prepping chicken in the slow cooker to use throughout the week. You can slow cook breasts with 1 cup of chicken stock for 3 hours on high, or you can put a whole chicken in the slow cooker for 4 hours on high. Once cooked, shred and place in a container to store in the fridge.
