Oven-Baked Whole30 Meatballs with Mom's Gravy Meatballs1 lb ground beef½ lb ground Italian pork sausage1 tbsp dried minced onion½ tsp garlic powder½ tsp ground black pepper¼ tsp kosher salt½ tbsp coconut aminos1 egg½ tsp fish sauce½ tsp distilled white vinegarGravyPan drippings1 cup beef broth¼-½ tsp Kosher salt ((Start with 1/4 tsp and add more slowly if desired))¼-½ tsp ground black pepper ((Start with 1/4 tsp and add more if desired))¼ tsp garlic powder2 tbsp cassava flour½ cup water MeatballsPreheat oven to 350 degreesIn a bowl, mix together all meatball ingredients and roll into about 1.5″ balls.
