- ½ frozen banana
- ¼ cup unsweetened peanut butter
- 1 cup Whole30-compatible plant-based milk
- 1 cup lightly packed spinach
- 4 fresh or frozen hulled strawberries
- 1 (6-ounce) container Whole30-compatible plant-based yourt
- 1 scoop Whole30-compatible plant-based protein powder
- Carrot and bell pepper sticks, or warmed leftover vegetable hash
- Place all ingredients in a high-power blender. Cover and process until smooth. Serve with vegetable sticks or hash.
