Ingredients
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 single pack of LMNT Unflavored Raw Electrolytes
- 1/2 in knob of fresh ginger peeled
- 1/2 lemon sliced in half
Instructions
- COMBINE lemon juice and LMNT in a glass. Grate ginger over the mixture.
- STIR to combine well.
- POUR 1 cup of sparkling water into a separate glass with ice.
- TOP with the lemon, LMNT, and ginger mixture.
- GRATE additional ginger or lemon on top for taste.
- GARNISH with a wedge of lemon.
