Whole30 Berries and Mint Refresher

Try this hydrating Whole30 Berries and Mint Refresher for the perfect summer mocktail that will leave you feeling nothing but awesome.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 2 packets LMNT Raw Electrolyte drink mix
  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 32 oz Whole30 compatible seltzer water
  • 2 limes (for garnish) thinly sliced

Instructions
 

Make a Pitcher

  • ADD the raspberries, blackberries, Whole30 Approved LMNT Raw Electrolyte drink mix, and mint leaves to a large pitcher.
  • CRUSH mixture with a muddler until all the berries are mushy and mint leaves look slightly bruised.
  • ADD seltzer, stir to combine, and serve over ice.
  • GARNISH with a few slices of limes.

Make a Glass

  • ADD 1/4 cup of raspberries, 1/4 cup of blackberries, about 5 mint leaves, and 1/2 a packet of Whole30 Approved LMNT Raw Electrolyte drink mix.
  • CRUSH mixture with a muddler until all the berries are mushy and mint leaves look slightly bruised.
  • ADD ice to the glass and a few slices of limes, then add about 8 ounces of the Whole30 Compatible Seltzer.
  • STIR to combine and enjoy!
