Whole30 Ranch variations

  • If you like a thicker Ranch, start with ¼ cup of coconut milk. (It will also thicken up a bit in the fridge.)
  • If you like a zesty Ranch, add more fresh dill and black pepper
  • To add more tang and complexity, add 1 teaspoon of Whole30-compatible Dijon mustard
  • For a restaurant-style Ranch, add 1-2 teaspoons of Whole30-compatible dill pickle juice!

Whole30 Ranch Dressing

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup Whole30-compatible mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
  • 1 small clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh curly leaf parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  • WHISK together the mayonnaise, coconut milk, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, dill, chives, parsley, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice In a medium bowl.
  • USE immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
