Whole30 Strawberry Daiquiri Mocktail

This thick fruit Strawberry Daiquiri Mocktail is sure to be one you will make again and again. Simple ingredients, alcohol-free, and just delicious! Easy to make with a flavor you will love.

What is a daiquiri?

A daiquiri is a cocktail made with rum and lime juice, plus optional fruit or fruit syrups. However, no alcohol is allowed on a Whole30 (read more about the Whole30 rules here). Instead, we whipped up this easy mocktail that is perfect for a party, date night, or just a fun flavorful Whole30 drink.

How we make it

Whole30 Strawberry Daiquiri Mocktail Ingredients

This Whole30 Strawberry Daiquiri Mocktail is made with just four simple ingredients: frozen strawberries, apple juice concentrate, sparkling water, and fresh lime juice. The frozen strawberries make this a nice and thick, refreshing drink!

Look for apple juice concentrate made of 100% juice with no added sweeteners. Since it’s concentrated, it is perfect for adding a touch of sweetness without overtaking the flavor of the drink. We add just a splash to each drink to help round out the flavor. You can see an example of what apple juice concentrate looks like here. It comes frozen but put it in the fridge to allow it to thaw and make it easier to use. Can’t find apple juice concentrate? You can substitute 1 cup apple juice, but note that it won’t be as thick or sweet.

A high-powered blender like a Vitamix will easily blend this nice and smooth. If you don’t have a high-powered blender, then you might need to blend in intervals, stirring down the sides between blending. Resist the temptation to add more liquid to help this blend, as that will result in a rather thin daiquiri.
