Looking for a tote-able Whole30 lunch? We took inspiration from recent @Whole30Recipes contributors like Paleo Paparazzi and Sodium Girl and built these Pho-inspired mason jar meals made easy with Vital Proteins Bone Broth Collagen. Use the guide below to create your ideal meal in a jar. When you’re ready to eat, just add boiling water, re-seal the jar, shake it, and let it steam for 5 minutes.

Why Bone Broth Collagen?

Vital Proteins Bone Broth Collagen comes in two varieties: beef and chicken. It is made from the highest-quality USDA Organic bones, and simmered slowly to extract the maximum amount of nutrients. The result is a pure, nourishing broth packed with collagen protein, natural hyaluronic acid and chondroitin sulfates that help to improve digestion and gut health, support joint strength, and keep your hair, skin, and nails healthy and strong.

We love to keep a canister in the pantry to use as a base for nourishing and delicious Whole30 meals. Kinda like your grandma’s beloved bouillon cubes, but without all of the additives. Curious about how Vital Proteins collagen fits into the Whole30 framework? This detailed Collagen FAQ from Melissa Hartwig should answer your questions.
