No matter how you choose to do the Whole30, most people find they like having key resources and recipes all in one place. Our books offer a cohesive step-by-step approach to getting started, tips for maximizing Whole30 success, recipes to keep you well-fed, and guidance into turning your Whole30 into a lifetime of food freedom. Start with The New Whole30

The New Whole30 was published in August 2024, and is our fully-updated “how to” for both the Original Whole30 (for omnivores) and the Plant-Based Whole30 (for vegans, vegetarians, and those exploring a plant-based diet). Inspired by our community, the newest research, and the ever-changing food landscape, Whole30 co-founder Melissa Urban has expanded the program to be even more accessible, supportive, and effective. In The New Whole30, you’ll find completely updated rules, language, and success strategies for every phase of your journey. You’ll also find more than 100 all-new recipes plus some updated Whole30 favorites, all of which are 100% gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, and added-sugar-free.

Your Whole30 secret weapon

Whole30 Day by Day is the companion guide to your Whole30: part field manual, part guided reflection. This softcover journal-style book is designed to help you stay connected to the process every day of the program with motivation, support, and resources specific to whatever day you are on. While this book. It’s like having me as your personal Whole30 guide as you walk through the Whole30 one day at a time, sharing a day-by-day timeline, personal motivation, community inspiration, habit hacks, and meal tips; plus guidance for self-reflection, food journaling, and tracking your non-scale victories.

Life after the Whole30

If this is your first Whole30, you probably want to know what “life after” is going to look like, and how you can maintain your new, healthy habits and many Whole30 non-scale victories. Or maybe you’ve done the Whole30 before, but struggled to create a healthy balance outside of the Program Rules. Our cookbooks are designed to keep you well-fed and happy through your Whole30 journey and beyond—and each contain 100 to 150 unique recipes. These aren’t a great place to start, as information on doing the Whole30 is limited, but they’re great accessories.
