Whole30 Orange Cream Soda

Ingredients  

  • juice and zest of 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pack LMNT Unflavored Raw Electrolytes
  • Seltzer or sparkling water
  • Optional: orange slices for garnish

Instructions

  • ADD the juice and zest of an orange to a blender, along with coconut milk, vanilla extract, and LMNT.
  • BLEND together until smooth and creamy.
  • FILL 2 glasses with ice, then divide the blended mixture between the glasses.
  • TOP with seltzer.
  • GARNISH with orange slices, if using. Stir together, and enjoy!
