Hi, I’m Melissa, and I’m a recovered addict. I know what it’s like to struggle with cravings, self-confidence, and health issues. In 2009, I began a self-created dietary experiment that permanently and profoundly changed my health, habits and my emotional relationship with food. That protocol, now known as the Whole30, has gone on to change the lives of millions of people just like you who struggle with cravings, emotional eating, fatigue, digestive issues, and chronic health conditions.
