Whole30 Sesame Potato Salad
Alyssa’s Whole30 potato favorite
Can I pick my own recipe? Good, because this potato salad is a favorite around here. It is such a unique and fun twist on traditional potato salad, with nutty sesame and buttery sweet potatoes. I’m really just a fan of Japanese sweet potatoes in any form. Pair this with your favorite protein and some veg, and you have a simple and delicious meal.
Plant-Based Whole30 7-Layer Dip
Alyssa’s Plant-Based Whole30 pick
This is the perfect dish for a gathering—it will be a crowd favorite for plant-based eaters and omnivores alike. I LOVE using tostones as a dipper with this.
Make your next plant based crowd pleaser.
Whole30 Curried Pineapple and Pork Fried Rice
Betsy’s all-time Whole30 favorite
This is one of my favorite Whole30 recipes and it’s from The New Whole30 book. It’s full of flavor, easy to make, loaded with veggies, and perfect for any time of the day. I enjoy it as both a main or side dish—and I like that even my husband, who usually hates cauliflower rice, loves it!
Say hello to your new favorite dish.
Whole30 Loaded Baked Potato Casserole
Brittney’s potato pick
I’m a potato girl at heart, so this creamy, “cheesy” potato casserole really hits the spot, especially when it’s cold outside. Because I’m lactose intolerant, this is one of my favorite go-to recipes—whether or not I’m doing a Whole30. Plus, it always impresses my friends and family, even though most of them don’t have any dietary restrictions.
Turn up the flavor with this must-try casserole.
Whole30 Steak Skewers with Chimichurri
Dave’s primal pick
I worked in a small butcher shop as a teenager. It didn’t make me the cool kid in school—at all—but I learned to spot a good steak. The chimichurri is a classic beef accompaniment for good reason. It brings such fresh, herbaceous brightness to the savory, char-kissed perfection of the sirloin. And you should eat it with your hands, which is satisfying in a deeply primordial way.
Raise the stakes on your next grilling session.
Warm Harvest Salad
Dave’s superb salad selection
The delightfulness of a warm salad is an embarrassingly recent discovery for me. I can thank our Warm Harvest Salad for that late-breaking realization. This dish showed me salad could soar when it’s freed from the iceberg of my expectations. The combination of perfectly roasted veggies, tangy-but-sweet fruit, and crunchy pecans lifts the whole salad genre to spectacular new heights.
Learn the power of a warm salad this winter.
Whole30 Curry Chicken Salad
Jen’s Whole30 flavorful favorite
Variations of cold chicken salad are a huge meal prep timesaver in our house, perfect for quick lunches and versatile enough to go over a bed of greens, in a lettuce wrap, or even straight out of the bowl. This curry chicken salad checks all the boxes: protein, healthy fats, sweet, savory, and delightfully crunchy. We can’t get enough of it in my family!
Take a bite of this irresistible salad.
Plant-Based Whole30 Miso Mushroom Chowder
Jen’s plant-based comfort pick
There’s nothing quite like a cozy bowl of soup in the middle of winter, and this miso mushroom chowder is a nutritional powerhouse bursting with beautiful flavors. Making a pot of this soup is a simple Sunday evening activity and ensures I’ll have a quick-to-reheat meal in my rotation for the week.
Whole30 House Ranch Deviled Eggs
Josh’s top pick—Deviled eggs, Whole30 style
Eggs from hell. They are great for parties, events, or just an evil Saturday lunch. The addition of the crumbled bacon really levels up this staple dish and gives it the extra oomph to really please a crowd (of one or more). Plus it’s quick and who doesn’t have eggs, mayo, and mustard in their fridge at all times?
Egg-sperience the perfect appetizer.
Whole30 Crispy Brussels Sprouts
Liilu’s go-to Whole30 veggie side
I really love vegetables and even though this is “just” a side dish it is one of my family’s favorites. The onions get sweet and caramelized, and the sprouts end up with these delicious crispy edges. I only like recipes that don’t need a lot of ingredients or complicated steps—so this has become my go-to veggie dish because it’s super easy and turns out amazing every time!

This Whole30 Sausage, Potato, and Kale soup is my ultimate go-to! It’s hearty, nourishing, and packed with bold flavors that make it feel like a warm hug in a bowl. Plus, it’s a breeze to make and has become a weeknight dinner hero in my home.
Plant-Based Whole30 Sweet Potato Stack
Lindsay’s plant-based morning favorite
I could make this dish every day and still look forward to it. The perfect balance of sweet and savory, it’s my favorite way to start the day. It’s also a guaranteed showstopper for brunch—bright, beautiful, and sure to impress every guest at the table.
Whole30 Garlic Pulled Pork
Liz’s Whole30 Instant Pot Favorite
One of my all-time favorite life hacks is making this Garlic Pulled Pork every Sunday for easy protein all week long. I crisp it up with eggs and potatoes for breakfast and meal prep a big Asian-Inspired Salad to add to for lunch. (The salad uses coleslaw mix as the base, so it keeps super well!) It’s budget-friendly and can be added to a ton of other dishes like casseroles, wraps, and tacos.
Plant-Based Whole30 One-Pot Khichdi
Liz’s choice for a plant-based comfort meal
I LOVE this One-Pot Khichdi by Masala Paleo for easy, cozy breakfasts when the weather gets cold. It has a porridge-like consistency and is especially fantastic if you’re feeling under the weather because it’s easy to digest and super nourishing.

Plant-Based Whole30 Grilled Tofu Veggie Skewers
Mikey’s Greek-inspired plant based favorite
This is an absolute favorite for me—simple, delicious, and ready in under an hour. And, it’s also a great plant-based alternative that is a nod to my Greek culture. I grew up eating skewers—now I can make these at home in a way that honors my plant-based needs and my family’s background!
Enjoy these scrumptious skewers.
Larb-Inspired Butternut Squash Soup from The New Whole30
Melissa’s favorite recipe from The New Whole30
This was one of my favorite meals during recipe testing for The New Whole30. The flavors are so bright, and in my house, it’s always soup season. I use ground turkey and frozen butternut squash to save time. I also like to make the soup thicker by using only 3 cups of broth, or adding an extra package of frozen squash. For an extra burst of flavor, add a squeeze of lime just before serving.
Make this must-try masterpiece.
Whole30 Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas
Shannon’s Whole30 sheet pan favorite
To be honest, I love anything on a sheet pan because it’s generally simple and there are often leftovers! We love turning this fajita recipe into Fajita Potatoes! Serve it over half a baked potato (or steamed potato chunks) with guac, pickled onions, and black olives! Then for breakfast we reheat in a cast iron—for maximum crispiness—and top with an egg!
A simple and delicious weeknight solution.
Plant-Based Whole30 Black Bean and Sweet Potato Salad
Shannon’s favorite plant-based salad
I love this recipe because it’s budget friendly and heavily customizable—but honestly I mostly love it because it’s all my favorite things in one bowl!
